BREAKFAST

Bircher Muesli with fresh local raspberries and homemade almond milk
Local Moroccan pancakes with butter, jam & honey

Freshly brewed coffee and tea

AFTERNOON TEA

A choice of homemade cakes:
Flourless almond cake (GF), apricot and honey flapjacks
Moroccan tea with mint

DINNER

Marinated olives
Balsamic vinegar and local olive oil
Moroccan bread from the bakery next door

Vietnamese glass noodle salad with crunchy raw veg & soy chilli dressing (GF)
Roasted beetroot, local goat’s cheese and buckwheat salad with mint dressing (GF)
Avocado and tomato salad with basil & garlic pesto (GF)
